IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

Effective immediately, the Code Enforcement Division will be implementing changes to our operations to minimize the flow of traffic through our office. If you need to meet with our staff for any of the reasons listed below, please call or email. We are unable to accept walk-in meetings at this time but will be happy to schedule a virtual meeting.  

OPERATIONAL CHANGES 

Applications - Completed applications should be emailed, mailed, or dropped in the designated basket at the front desk. 

Animal Control & Code Enforcement Complaints - Notices of violation have resumed for all animal control and code enforcement complaints.  

Animal Releases - Please call the general Community Development phone line, and your animal will be released over the phone. Please call the Valencia County Animal Shelter to schedule a time for pick up. 

Animal Traps - Animal traps have resumed please call the department if you need a trap.

Special Event Permits - Permits have resumed please call the department for more information.  

SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Animal Registrations - As of now until May 15th when the public help restrictions are lifted.
