– MUNICIPAL ELECTION INFORMATION
The next Village of Los Lunas Municipal Election will be held in November 2021. The Village of Los Lunas will no longer be handling its own Municipal Elections. On January 10, 2019, the Village adopted Ordinance 442 to Opt In to the Local Election Act, which moved regular Village elections to November of odd-numbered years, and put the Valencia County Bureau of Elections in charge of carrying them out. All election inquiries should be directed to the Valencia County Bureau of Elections Office (505-866-2073 or www.co.valencia.nm.us, search for Bureau of Elections) and/or New Mexico Secretary of State (www.sos.state.nm.us, search for Voting and Elections). Eligible citizens/candidates may obtain Candidate Forms and 2021 Regular Local Election Candidate Guides from the Secretary of State website.
I-25 East/West Corridor Project

Senators Martin Heinrich and Ben Ray Luján announced $25 million in grant funding for the project from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for the Village of Los Lunas, through DOT’s INFRA grant program.
