Accountability Final Report Form


  1. IMPORTANT: Attach all receipts and/or an accounting of how you spent the money on your project. Funds in excess of $100 that were not spent should be returned to Los Lunas Partners in Education. Funds under $100 may be used at your school for students. Equipment purchased with this grant is the property of the Los Lunas School District. If project is not able to be implemented 100% of the funds must be returned to LL PIE with an explanation as to why the project was not implemented. Receipts can also be mailed to Los Lunas Partners in Education, P.O. Box 1209, Los Lunas, NM 87031, as long as you include your name and which project they belong to. They MUST be submitted within 60 days after grant is awarded. Failure to submit will result in denial of future PIE awards.

  3. If you have any pictures of your Grant implementation that you would like to share, we would greatly appreciate them. These can be uploaded (below) or emailed to sanchezd@loslunasnm.gov. They can also be mailed to: Los Lunas Partners in Education, P.O. Box 1209, Los Lunas, NM 87031, ATTN: Debra Sanchez. Please include a note specifying which project the pictures are for!
